First and foremost, I really enjoy working at Rijnberg! This is mainly due to the loyalty, communication, and clarity of all the employees I deal with. Whenever I have a trip, it's always clear what is expected of me, and if it's not entirely clear, it's never difficult to find a solution together.
There is always room for extracurricular activities or other matters, and it's easy and uncomplicated to ask a question. In short, it's a very open corporate culture.
The versatility of the job keeps it interesting and never monotonous. The driver is always considered. This represents quality to me.

There is equality, but also clarity about who should make the final decisions. This is necessary to maintain structure. I think communication with management is easy, and I find that very important.
